“I've been getting remote programming from Matty for about 4 months as I live in Canberra. I cannot believe the difference I saw within the first 2-3 weeks.
I had ongoing knee issues for over a year when I decided to do something about it. I've had to get a number of PRP injections and Matt has complimented this treatment by programming movements and muscle activation exercises to increase my ROM as well as general fitness and strength.
The programs he has provided have been spot on and his assessment on my abilities are always accurate.
When I am in Sydney I have a one-on-one PT so he can see how I am moving and demonstrate any exercises for the upcoming month.
I have progressed quicker than I could ever have imagined with his training plan as it is specifically tailored to me and the equipment that I have in my home gym. I provide feedback on how I'm going every couple of days and he is always available day or night to answer any questions or give some advice!

“I first started training with Matt in 2014 after resigning as a figure body builder. Over the years I have watched Matt grow professionally and personally, as I still train with him 8 years later.
During the past 8 years Matt has adapted the program he offers to meet my needs as I completed in long distance running and swimming. “I have been training with Matt for 4 years. At first I was reluctant to start as I didn’t think that I was fit or strong enough. That opinion changed rapidly after joining and in my first year I gained strength and flexibility that I didn’t think possible, I went from having 26.5% body fat to 21.5% gaining 5% of lean muscle.
I have created many coaching challenges for Matt over the last 4 years, from injury management and rehab training to now training through my first pregnancy where I am still training at 32 weeks. This is thanks to Matt’s knowledge and ability to create workouts that are personally suited and tailored, that goes for the other coaches too, Laura, Adam and Dom who work in unison to achieve the best for all the clients.
