Membership Cancellation

Cancellation Terms

All memberships will automatically roll over at the end of the membership term.
There are no refunds for membership fees, and DDW Fitness will not pro-rata a cancelled membership.
A member may cancel their membership.
Notice of cancellation must be given to DDW Fitness by email at least 28 days prior to the date of cancellation.
All membership fees that occur within the notice period will process as normal.
A cancellation fee of $150 will only occur if it within the first 3 months of a new membership.
Any member who suffers a physical disability that will prevent him or her from using the facility for more than three months will not be charged a cancellation fee as long as the cancellation is accompanied by a doctor’s certificate documenting the injury and prognosis.

Agreement

I understand that I must provide 28 days notice to cancel my membership at DDW Fitness. I understand that my membership will be cancelled 28 days after the receipt of my cancellation request. I understand that any membership fees scheduled to process within the 28 days will process as normal. I understand there are no refunds for membership payments that occur within the notice period. I give permission to DDW Fitness to charge the $150 cancellation fee to my nominated account if this is in the first 3months of my membership at DDW Fitness.
